EVENING MEDITATION is intended for everyone who wishes to:
- Slowing down your body and mind,
- Getting in touch with your inner self,
- Work on yourself through meditation and chakras by the principles of
karmic diagnostics.

You will be doing energy exercises, exercises of body awareness, breath
awareness, guided meditation, and meditation and transformation
processes.

The meditation will be guided by Breda Terglav, karmic diagnostics
therapist.

WHEN: Every Monday and Saturday from 7pm to 8pm (starting 1 Oct 2022)
WHERE: Meeting point: reception area of the Špik Spa
